FAQ-Frequently Asked Questions
Please read this before asking me a question. If you ask me any of the following questions, I'm not going to reply. Sorry if that is rude, but the answer is RIGHT HERE on my page, and I'm very tired of repeating myself over and over.
Q: Do you take requests or trades? No requests. And maybe trade if we are mutual watchers
Q: Do you take point commissions? I do! Check my most recent "commissions" journal to see pricing
Q: What kind of tablet do you use? I don't use one. I use a mouse
Q:What program do you use? MS Paint
Q: Can I draw your characters and claim them as my own? Or can I use your characters in my fanfiction, RP, facebook, DA page or blog? No
Q: Can I re-color your line art and upload it to my page? There are many free line arts in my gallery, but ONLY those pictures are free to re-color. They are in this folder kainaa.deviantart.com/gallery/… If a picture is not in that folder, you are not allowed to re-color it.
Q: What If I commissioned a picture from you, can I use it then? Yes, if you bought it, points or money, you can use it how you want (except using the line art from the drawing to make adoptables), just as long as you aren't acting like you were the one who drew it.
Q: How do you make a journal skin like yours? I don't know. I commissioned it from acaraluv
Q: How did you make your cursor in your journal? I don't know. I commissioned it from Skeleion
Q: Will you please advertise _______ for me? No, sorry. Sometimes I advertise for friends, but only when I want to, usually they don't ask me.
Q: Will you look at my art and watch me and leave a comment, or read my story, or will you help me write a story, or will you help me learn to draw? No, sorry, I don't have time to teach you things that take years to learn. As for your art page, I might look at it, but I will only watch you/comment if I want to. I'm not going to do it just because you asked.
Q: Can I resell a character I got from you? A: Yes, just not for more than the price you bought it, unless you've bought art of the character, or have drawn your own art. If it was a gift from me, no you cannot, but trading it is okay.
1. I never have time to draw 2. Making people wait months for their commission makes me feel bad 3. My art's quality has gone way way down 4. I'm beginning to hate everything I draw 5. I don't enjoy drawing as much as I used to 6. On the rare occasions I get to draw/ want to draw, I will want to draw my own characters, instead of spending too much time on something that I try to make look super good since someone paid for it. Then I end up feeling like my drawing was a big disappointment in the end anyway. 7. Everything I draw takes super long and I don't make enough money to justify continuing, nor do I feel my art is worth charging more for. It's not worth what I charge now.
So I will be finishing the commissions I have now, but then take no more. In the future I feel like I can devote time to commissions, I will randomly take a couple here and there.
